A US based IT MNC is hiring Techno Functional Project Manger to lead and manage the end-to-end migration and integration of systems.

The role will involve overseeing core banking migration, system integrations, data migration, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform with minimal business disruption.

- Banking domain should include retail banking, commercial banking, and wealth management.
- It would be good to have a resource who knows Wealth management system from the vendor SS&C; (applications like: Advent, Moxy, Black Diamond etc.)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead and manage banking migration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in banking systems along with hands-on experience managing end-to-end system migrations. Prior implementation experience in platforms such as Salesforce and Finacle is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end migration projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless migration
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Manage data migration, system integration, and cutover strategies
- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during migration
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including development, QA, and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security, and data governance standards
- Drive status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates
- Oversee UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 9–12 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as Project Manager in banking/financial services
- Banking domain should include retail banking, commercial banking, and wealth management.
- Strong experience in core banking migration / transformation projects
- Proven techno-functional expertise (understanding both business processes and technical architecture)
- Experience in data migration, API integrations, and system interfaces
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have

- Prior implementation experience as PM in:
- Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud)
- Finacle Core Banking System
- Experience working in digital banking transformation programs
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- It would be good to have a resource who knows Wealth management system from the vendor SS&C; (applications like: Advent, Moxy, Black Diamond etc.)
