Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who has grown from a technical background into a techno-functional role. Someone who understands code, architecture, and delivery challenges — but now drives execution, aligns teams, and ensures projects move forward without gaps.

This role is ideal for a former developer who enjoys ownership, coordination, and client interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and convert them into transparent, actionable tasks for the development team.
- Collaborate daily with developers, QA, and design teams to remove blockers and keep sprints on track.
- Monitor timelines, scope changes, dependencies, and risks.
- Lead requirement discussions, sprint planning, and review calls.
- Ensure documentation, UAT coordination, and smooth production releases.
- Maintain transparency through regular status updates and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on technical foundation.
- Practical understanding of development lifecycle and Agile execution.
- Ability to speak both “technical” and “business” fluently.
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving approach.
- Experience with project tracking tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps or similar.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
