Role Overview:
As the Project Lead RWE Data Analytics at Sanofi Business Operations in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth of General Medicines real-world evidence capability. You will work closely with various teams within the organization to maximize the value of priority assets worldwide, focusing on health and social care tasks related to CV disease and diabetes. This position offers a unique opportunity for a data scientist and/or epidemiologist to join a motivated and experienced research team in an innovative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the RWE team to support projects across the franchises driven by business needs
- Work closely with Medical, Market Access, HEOR, and Commercial teams to maximize the value of priority assets globally
- Lead and participate in research analytical projects, including project conceptualization and design
- Analyze healthcare data such as clinical trial datasets, transactional claims, and electronic health records using statistical and analytical techniques
- Generate rapid response analyses for cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead the drafting and reviewing of technical reports, manuscripts for publication, and abstracts for conferences
- Manage project activity and timelines effectively
- Advise colleagues in Health Economics, Commercial, and Medical franchises on technical expertise
- Communicate complex concepts and findings to different audiences
- Represent the team at external meetings
- Validate and secure access to third-party healthcare datasets

Qualifications Required:
- 7-10 years of experience in public health, biotechnology, and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong expertise in healthcare data analysis and data analysis techniques
- Good understanding of healthcare datasets such as EHR, Claims, RCTs, and data structures
- Proficiency in statistical methods for real-world problem investigation
- Experience in analyzing and managing large healthcare datasets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel, and SAS
- Masters or PhD in a quantitative subject or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
