Role: Project Designer – Retail Store Design

Company: Techno Sportswear Private Limited

Location: Bangalore (We are under EBO expansion all across India. Though base location is Bangalore, this will be a travelling job and hence I'm expecting applicants with a cultural openness who can travel all over India)

Are you a creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and execution? TechnoSport is looking for a Project Designer to bring our next-gen sports retail stores to life across India.

⚠️ RETAIL STORE DESIGN EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.

Applications without relevant retail store design background will not be considered.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Create circulation plans and facility layouts for retail environments

🔹 Design facades and interior fit-outs with full working details

🔹 Coordinate with developers, consultants, and internal teams

🔹 Develop GFC drawings, BOQs, CAD layouts, and 3D visualizations

🔹 Ensure design precision and zero site deviation

🔹 Conduct site visits across India for condition checks and execution

🔹 Standardize design details and enforce SOP adherence

🔹 Handle design documentation and quality checks

🔹 Manage drawing approvals, procurement coordination, and site execution

🔹 Oversee snag resolution and ensure smooth project closures.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

🔸 RETAIL STORE DESIGN EXPERIENCE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

🔹Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D design tools, and BOQ preparation

🔹Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functionally

🔹Eye for both design innovation and execution feasibility

🔹Strong ownership mindset with a collaborative approach.
