Job Summary:

Protosys Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an injection mould manufacturing company looking for a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate mould development and production projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of projects while coordinating between clients, production, tool room, and quality departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate injection mould manufacturing projects from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Handle client queries and provide regular project status updates.
- Prepare project timelines and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal departments (Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality).
- Monitor daily project progress and update management.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers for materials and outsourced jobs.
- Ensure proper documentation such as drawings, project reports, and client approvals.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Assist in planning prototype and small-batch production schedules.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of injection mould manufacturing process.
- Basic understanding of tool room operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint & Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.

Qualification:

- Diploma / Degree in Tool & Diemaking, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2~4 years of experience in mould manufacturing or related industry preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
