Job Title: Project Coordinator – Digital Marketing Agency

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination of digital marketing projects. The role involves working closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content, Design) for smooth project execution
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and the team for updates and requirements
  • Prepare project plans, status reports, and meeting notes
  • Ensure tasks are assigned, followed up, and completed on schedule
  • Handle client communication for approvals and feedback
  • Identify risks or delays and escalate when required

  • Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools (like Trello, Asana, ClickUp)

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
