Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end implementation of NSDC / PMKVY / State Skill Mission–aligned skill development projects at the district and center level
• Ensure compliance with Scheme Guidelines, SOPs, and Quality Assurance Frameworks (QAF)
• Monitor trainee mobilization, enrollment, attendance, training delivery, assessments, and certification
• Supervise mobilizers, trainers, and center staff to ensure adherence to project targets and timelines
• Maintain accurate MIS, trainee records, attendance sheets, batch trackers, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with Training Partners, SSCs, Assessing Agencies, and State Mission officials
• Conduct regular center visits, inspections, and stakeholder meetings
• Support placement tracking, post-placement follow-ups, and documentation as per scheme norms
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate (MSW / Rural Management / Social Sciences / Education / Agriculture preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in skill development projects under NSDC, PMKVY, or State Skill Missions
• Working knowledge of Skill India portals, MIS systems, and scheme documentation
• Strong coordination, reporting, and field management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic data handling
• Willingness to travel within Bhopal district and nearby project areas
