The Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to bridge the gap between design concepts and on-site execution. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive technical documentation and ensuring project feasibility through accurate estimation.
Key Responsibilities
GFC Drawings: Prepare high-quality Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, including architectural details, structural coordination, and service layouts.
Estimation & Costing: Develop detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for diverse projects.
Technical Coordination: Work closely with the design team and site engineers to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to standards.
Drafting: Utilize advanced CAD/BIM software to produce precise 2D and 3D technical sets.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Civil Engineering.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience in preparing GFC sets and technical detailing.
Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of AutoCAD. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, or specialized estimation software is a strong plus.
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for dimensions, material specifications, and structural logic.
