As a Qualified Cost Accountant (ICMA) with 5 years of post-qualification experience in Cost Analysis and Cost Accounting, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the cost accounting system for different Departments of the University.
- Report and analyze Department-wise & service-wise costing and profit margins to enhance internal cost controls and efficiency. Identify key drivers affecting profitability such as cost drivers.
- Determine fixed costs, variable costs, Direct and Indirect Costs.
- Review standard and actual costs, conduct variance analysis, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Reconcile the Cost Records with Financial Records.
- Prepare cost forecasts for monthly, quarterly, or annual operating schedules.
- Collect and consolidate Opex and Capex Budget from departments and analyze budgeted vs actual variances.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams for process improvements.

As an ideal candidate, you should possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
