We at Codeworld are looking for PROGRAM SUCCESS MANAGERS!!

Codeworld, a subsidiary of Ankit Enterprises, is a platform where a child from Grade 1 to 10 can learn and practice Coding via real life projects. Codeworld helps children to concentrate on modules such as Algorithms, Sequencing, Looping, Branch & Debugging that will nurture them to build Apps, Games, Stories or instructing the machines on their own. \

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Academic/ Curriculum Discussions with prospect schools.
• Demonstration of our Coding Platform.
• Support BD Team in sign-ups at schools with academically sound school owners/ principals. Ensure zero drops from post sign-up till operationalization.
• Training & Equipping teachers of the school with regards to Coding languages – HTML, CSS, JS, Python etc.

Requirements: Experience: 2-5 years in an academic role. Education: B.E. B.Tech (Computers) / BCA / BBA / MBA / MCA / MSc IT.

• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Strong in Account Risk Analysis, Negotiation & collaboration Skills.
• Proven ability to anticipate account needs, issues, troubleshoot them proactively.
• Account engagement projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Skills and Attributes: Strong problem solving and communication abilities. Integrity, strong work ethics and people skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high paced work environment.

Work location: Mumbai

Please Note: This is not a remote job. Job requires limited travelling, at least 10-15 days of travel per month.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 per year
