Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand client’s annual spending, categories, and goals
• Recommend the best set of credit cards tailored to their lifestyle
• Guide clients on maximizing reward points (earning + burning strategies)
• Assist with redeeming points through airline & hotel loyalty programs
• Advise on partner airline alliances, hotel perks, upgrades, and transfer ratios
• Help plan travel itineraries, leveraging points for business/first-class flights and luxury hotel stays
• Conduct setup calls, explain options clearly, and manage ongoing follow-ups

Requirements:

• Strong with numbers and financial analysis
• Excellent communication skills (client-facing role)
• Background in travel planning or exposure to travel agencies is a plus
• Strong geography knowledge (top cities, hubs, routes)
• Customer-first attitude, able to simplify complex redemption strategies
