This product is Amazon first immersive inspirational video-on-demand experience designed to integrate shoppable content seamlessly across the customer journey. It aims to transform how customers discover, learn about, and shop on Amazon through shortform, creator-led video content. The program is scaling rapidly to deliver the same aspirational, discovery-driven experience customers have come to expect from leading D2C and marketplace platforms.
Creators are at the heart of this program. They inspire customers through tutorials, reviews, hacks, and storytelling, bridging the gap between content and commerce. The team works closely with agencies, creators, and internal stakeholders to create a world-class video shopping destination that drives discovery, engagement, and purchases. We are looking for a Program Manager to own and scale this new business initiative. The candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap via collaboration with agencies, growing creator participation, and enhancing customer experience through engaging, shoppable content. This role requires high ownership, operational excellence, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while building long-term sustainable growth for creators and the program.
Key Responsibilities
Work as central POC for content deliverables (videos, livestreams, and shoppable images) for
Amazon's creator programs .
Grow the product as a scalable customer acquisition and engagement channel.
Lead liaison with agency partners for end-to-end execution and ensuring the delivered content is up to quality benchmarks.
Design and implement processes to ensure seamless delivery.
Partner with product, marketing, and category teams to enhance video discoverability, shoppability, and customer impact.
Lead reporting, measurement, and experimentation frameworks to drive insights and improvements in performance.
Manage operational planning, process design, and cost efficiencies to scale the product sustainably.
Represent the program internally, influencing global and local stakeholders to align resources and priorities.
Core Competencies
Strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute complex program roadmaps.
Experience in digital/influencer content creation with a leading D2C or Ecommerce brand
Strong influencer, able to drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
Proven change agent with the ability to lead new initiatives in an ambiguous environment.
High attention to detail with robust written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver creative solutions.
Data-driven approach with ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into action.
Exposure to content, video, or digital marketing ecosystems preferred.
Preferred skillset
