What You’ll Do

PMO Leader Roles & Responsibilities-

• Responsible for the successful execution of product industrialization (NPI, VA/VE, & STP) projects and programs that deliver on business case cost and benefit commitments.
• Capturing business opportunities & validating solution-based deliverables to stakeholders in programs, with perseverance and patience
• Managing global programs with varying levels of complexity through Eaton Global EBS Process, proactively identifying and mitigating potential crises/ risks; developing requirements, managing change control, and tracking schedules and cost performance while ensuring project activities aligned with business objectives & best practices
• Mentoring and guiding Team members, providing them career coaching and help them to success in their roles.
• Analyzing all team work performance and ensure achievement of all objectives within required deadlines and monitoring all system functionality
• Monitoring all project tasks and ensuring compliance to all time frames and resolving all issues according to required project plan and administering everyday activities and assist to resolve all issues within organization
• Defining PMO controls such as determining KPI measures, exception thresholds, trend analysis, and reporting requirements
• Identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to improve efficiency
• Monitoring & controlling project list with timeline & priorities by coordinating with various stakeholders like Platform Program Managers, PMG leads, Platform Engineering Heads & Regulation COEs
• Maintaining periodic updates on technologies as part of Product Strategy & Technology Roadmap; ensuring alignment & coordinating implementation of product updates & regulations
• Representing Operational Excellence Team in making governance decisions
• Good communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and customer

Qualifications

• B.E. / B Tech / M Tech,
• 16 Years +

Skills

• PMP or equivalent, JIRA, JAMA, Confluence, Microsoft Projects, Clarity PPM,Power BI, CSM certification would be an added advantage.
• Global Project Management, Project Proposals, Scoping, Stage GATE product development process, Risk Management, Water lining, Profit Planning
