As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple finance related projects across global entities. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing detailed program plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Establishing and maintaining PMO governance standards, including reporting templates, RACI matrix, and review mechanisms.
- Preparing program dashboards, status reports, risk assessments, and performance updates for senior leadership.
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitoring project budgets, tracking cost variance, and coordinating with the finance team for accurate reporting.
- Optimizing resource allocation across projects to ensure efficient utilization.
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Driving process improvements and implementing best practices across PMO operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, or Finance project roles.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and budgeting.
- Experience in handling finance related projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA in Finance or PMP certification is preferred.
