As a Supply Chain Analyst at Keysight, you will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory management processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Analyzing historical data to forecast safety stock levels and determine optimal Min-Max inventory thresholds for spare parts materials
Monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess stock, aligning with company targets for working capital
Collaborating with Product Support Engineers to understand future demand needs and service requirements
Continuously monitoring key inventory metrics (turnover rates, stockouts, excess inventory) to improve material management and reduce obsolescence risks
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Procurement) to ensure timely replenishment of spare parts materials without overstocking
Working with Finance and Operations to track the financial impact of E&O inventory, helping to mitigate associated costs
Providing regular reports and insights on E&O status, inventory aging, and potential risks to management
Providing analytical support to COEs, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in material management and related processes
Partnering with the Finance team to align on cost optimization initiatives, ensuring inventory levels are in line with budgetary and financial targets

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Experience with Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory processes, including cost mitigation and financial impact management
Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), ERP systems (Baxter, Oracle, etc.), and inventory management software
Understanding of inventory control methodologies such as ABC analysis, safety stock optimization, and reorder point calculation
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
