Role Overview

As a Music Operations Manager at Muzigal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our teachers and students have the best possible experience. You will manage the teacher onboarding process, oversee curriculum updates, foster community engagement, and handle assessments. Additionally, you will be responsible for teacher training and professional development programs (PDP), as well as student progression and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

- Teacher Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for recent teachers, ensuring a smooth transition into the Muzigal ecosystem.
- Curriculum Updates: Oversee updates to the curriculum to ensure it remains current and relevant to students' needs.
- Community Management: Foster a sense of community among teachers and students through engagement activities and events.
- Assessments: Develop and manage assessment processes to evaluate student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Teacher Training and PDP: Implement and manage professional development programs to enhance teacher skills and knowledge.
- Student Progression and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure they achieve their learning goals.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to teachers and students, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data on teacher and student performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer success.
- Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain a feedback loop with teachers and students to continuously improve the Muzigal experience.

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in customer success, education management.
- Strong organizational and PR skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for music education and a deep understanding of the Indian education and music industry is preferred.
- Experience in community management and engagement is a plus.

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: Based on experience and interview.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
