Role Description

MMJK & Co. is inviting applications for Article Assistants, Semi-Qualified CAs, and Qualified Chartered Accountants for a full-time on-site role in Pune.

Selected candidates will gain extensive practical exposure across multiple domains of professional practice. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting in statutory, internal, and other audit assignments
- Preparation and review of financial statements and reports
- Conducting direct and indirect tax compliance and review work
- Supporting corporate advisory and regulatory compliance engagements
- Assisting in accounting assignments and financial analysis
- Exposure to arbitration matters and financial advisory projects
- Working closely with experienced partners and senior professionals for hands-on learning and mentorship

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of auditing procedures and financial reporting standards
- Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation
- Familiarity with accounting practices, corporate consultancy, and regulatory compliance
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (mandatory)
- CA students, Semi-Qualified CAs, or Qualified CAs are encouraged to apply
- Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office tools will be an added advantage
