As a Production Coordinator at DNEG, your role involves aiding the smooth running of high-end animated feature film projects by supporting the production and supervision team. Your responsibilities include ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of information, coordinating the flow of information and elements between artists and departments, and maintaining databases with current element and shot statuses. You will be tasked with coordinating dailies, taking detailed notes, and ensuring the flow of materials to and from the client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support artists in understanding their schedule of work
- Relay information back to the production and supervision team
- Coordinate the flow of information and elements between artists and departments
- Maintain databases with current element and shot statuses
- Coordinate dailies, take detailed notes, and ensure the flow of materials to and from the client

Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Production Coordinator
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in working with databases, preferably Shotgun
- Knowledge of FTP software
- Diploma or equivalent education
- Aptitude for learning new software
