We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our industrial furniture manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workers, ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily factory production operations
• Manage and guide production workers and floor staff
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
• Maintain quality standards during manufacturing
• Coordinate with management and production planning teams
• Monitor machine operations and workflow efficiency
• Ensure proper material usage and minimal wastage
• Maintain safety and discipline on the production floor
• Prepare daily production reports

Requirements

• Experience: 3–6 years in an Industrial Furniture Manufacturing Company
• Strong understanding of factory supervision and production processes
• Ability to handle manpower and shop-floor operations
• Good leadership and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes
• Basic understanding of production planning and quality control
• Ability to manage team productivity and efficiency

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
