• Experience in monitoring production quality and implementing improvements to meet industry standards.
• Solid understanding of machinery and equipment, with hands-on ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• A solid understanding of safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless workflow and address any production-related issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment for all assembly staff.
• Evaluate team performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and providing relevant training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output, downtime, and quality checks for performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, incorporating best practices in assembly operations.
• Act as a liaison between management and assembly teams, communicating goals, expectations, and achievements clearly.
