We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Planning Coordinator to manage production timelines and ensure timely clearance of pending tasks on the production floor at our manufacturing facility.

The role involves continuous follow-up and coordination with the Purchase Team, Stores, and concerned departments to ensure smooth production operations and support capacity enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the availability of raw materials and timely delivery of materials required for production.

On the production side, the coordinator will be responsible for production scheduling, monitoring workflow, optimizing inventory levels, and aligning production plans with demand and available capacity. The candidate should ensure efficient utilization of resources while maintaining production targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production schedules.
• Monitor and clear production pendency on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, and other departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Track material movement and ensure on-time delivery to the production line.
• Align production plans with demand forecasts and production capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Support capacity expansion and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and planning records.
