Job Title: Production Operator / Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Operator to handle weighing, mixing, machine operation, and documentation activities at our dental materials manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh raw materials as per batch requirements and BMR.
• Operate mixers, stirrers, reactors, and filling machines.
• Perform mixing, blending, and processing of dental materials.
• Run filling, sealing, and packaging machines as per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), production logbooks, and checklists.
• Assist in routine equipment cleaning, calibration, and maintenance.
• Conduct basic in-process checks (weight, viscosity, appearance).
• Follow ISO 13485 / GMP manufacturing standards.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor, QC, Stores, and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain workplace safety, hygiene, and discipline.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / B.Sc (Chemistry preferred)
• Experience in chemical, pharma, dental, or FMCG manufacturing preferred
• Freshers with technical aptitude may also apply

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of basic chemical handling and batching
• Ability to operate mixers, stirrers, and filling machines
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines

Service Commitment / Bond Policy

• The selected candidate will be required to commit to a service period of 12 months from the date of joining.
• Bond Amount: ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees).
• If the employee resigns within the first year, the bond amount will be payable to the company.

Alternative Option (No Bond):

• In lieu of the bond, the company may deduct ₹1,500–₹2,000 per month from the employee’s salary (salary bracket ₹15,000–₹20,000) for a period of 12 months.
• The total deducted amount will be refunded in full after successful completion of 12 months of service.
• Under this option, no bond will be applicable.
