Position Overview

Role: Production Assistant / Project Manager (Injection Moulding)

Location: Greater Noida Kasna (On-site / Office-based)

Compensation: Salary 20,000/- till ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities

Production Support: Assist in the end-to-end injection mould production process, ensuring operational efficiency.

Technical Assistance: Provide hands-on support for machinery and mould-related tasks.

Project Tracking: Monitor project milestones, ensuring all production timelines and quality benchmarks are met.

Documentation: Maintain precise records of production data, quality checks, and progress reports.

Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with the manufacturing and management teams to streamline workflows.

Candidate Profile

Education: ITI, Diploma, or a relevant Technical Degree.

Skills: Strong documentation abilities and a basic understanding of production environments.

Attributes: A fast learner with high accountability and the ability to manage technical projects.

Experience: Prior experience with machines or moulds is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
