key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new suppliers & vendors as per production needs
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth operations
- Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and resolve disputes professionally
- Plan production schedules based on expected sales and stock forecasts
- Ensure timely delivery of products to meet sales and marketing timelines
- Regularly visit vendors, units, and factories to monitor progress and capacity
- Conduct quality checks during and after production to meet brand standards
- Proactively manage delays and plan in advance to prevent bottlenecks
- Maintain proper documentation of orders, deliveries, quality reports & vendor details
