Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Baramati. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with teams, maintaining equipment functionality, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards to meet operational and business goals.

Qualifications
  • Operations and Scheduling: Experience in production planning, workflow optimization, and management of manufacturing schedules.
  • Quality Assurance: Skills in monitoring and maintaining product quality standards and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Leadership and Communication: Ability to lead production teams, communicate goals effectively, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using production equipment, machinery, and tools relevant to food manufacturing processes.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize production processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
