Job Summary:

EverGlow LED Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to manage the LED strip light manufacturing line. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal productivity, maintain quality control, and oversee day-to-day shop floor operations related to LED strip light assembly, soldering, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

l Supervise daily operations of the LED strip light production line.

l Manage workforce allocation and ensure timely completion of daily production targets.

l Oversee processes such as cutting, soldering, mounting LEDs.

l Maintain production logs, material usage reports, and shift performance data.

l Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

l Train and supervise operators, assemblers, and helpers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

l Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

l 3–5 years of relevant experience in LED manufacturing (preferably strip lights or similar products).

l Knowledge of LED binning, SMD components, PCB testing, soldering standards, etc.

l Familiarity with quality tools (7 QC Tools, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, CAPA).

l Hands-on experience with measuring tools (Lux Meter, Multimeter, Oscilloscope, etc.).

l Valuable communication, reporting, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
