We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage daily shop-floor production activities and ensure production targets are achieved with required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production plans as per schedule
• Monitor machine performance, output, and bottlenecks
• Manage operators and contract manpower during shifts
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Stores teams
• Prepare daily production, rejection, and downtime reports

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing / shop-floor production
• Experience in CNC machining, sheet metal, fabrication, or assembly operations
• Strong manpower and shift management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
