Job Description
1. Production Operations

- Manage and monitor daily production activities related to gasket manufacturing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
- Maintain proper coordination with the production team to ensure smooth workflow

2. Process Management

- Handle production processes including cutting, shaping, and finishing of industrial

gaskets.

3. Quality Control

- Ensure all products meet quality standards and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the quality team for inspections and testing of gasket products.
- Identify and resolve production or quality issues promptly

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
- Track raw material consumption and production output.
- Follow company safety and operational procedures

Required Skills

- Experience in gasket manufacturing or sealing product industry.
- Knowledge of production processes, machines, and quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–4 years of experience in production within the gasket industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
