As an experienced Data Scientist or AI/ML Engineer, your role will involve designing, building, and scaling production-grade AI solutions with deep, practical experience in Palantir AIP. You will leverage AIP Agents, Ontologies, Actions, AI governance & security, and the AIP SDK to integrate LLMs with operational systems, create safe and auditable AI workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Utilize AIP core concepts such as Ontology, AIP Agents, Actions/Tools, AIP SDK, governance & auditability, policy guardrails, and AIP Canvas/Prompt Library (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate strong Python engineering skills using packages like pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, FastAPI/Flask for services
- Apply practical LLM experience including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, evaluation & guardrails, grounding with enterprise data
- Showcase solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, and data pipelines (batch/stream)
- Deploy AI services on AWS/Azure/GCP; work with containers (Docker) and orchestrators (Kubernetes)
- Translate business problems into measurable AI solutions with clear KPIs

• *Qualifications Required:**
- 39+ years (flexible by level) in Data Science / ML Engineering with hands-on Palantir AIP delivery in production
- Proven experience with Palantir Foundry/Gotham (objects, pipelines, Ontology-backed apps, Code Repositories, Contour/Quiver) would be a plus
- Experience deploying AI services on AWS/Azure/GCP; familiarity with containers (Docker) and orchestrators (Kubernetes)
- Ability to translate business problems into measurable AI solutions with clear KPIs
- Front-end familiarity for AI apps such as React/TypeScript would be beneficial
