3. Monitor raw material usage, yield efficiency, and finished product quality.
4. Maintain cGMP compliance in all production operations and documentation.
5. Ensure shift-wise presence and manage production targets with team alignment.
6. Allocate equipment/utilities and ensure safety & adherence to production plans.
7. Maintain updated records as per ISO and regulatory requirements.
8.Proficient in documentation, audit readiness, and compliance reporting.
9. Analytical approach to yield improvement and process efficiency.
10. Sound understanding of equipment operation and safety protocols.
11. From Pharma / Intermediate Pharma / API / Chemical any background.
