Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve payroll-related tickets raised by clients through the internal AD platform.
  • Investigate issues by replicating scenarios to identify root causes and validate reported problems.
  • Coordinate with the Product/Engineering team to escalate valid issues and track resolution progress.
  • Communicate with clients when required to clarify issues or explain resolutions.
  • Perform testing of the latest product releases to ensure stability and identify potential issues before deployment.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution in line with defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product experience and reduce recurring issues.

Strong analytical skills, good client communication abilities, and an interest in understanding payroll systems and product workflows.
