As a Sales Manager for Cash Management products at the bank, your role is crucial in managing the sales for a suite of Cash Management products across various client bases and business verticals. Your main focus will be on meeting revenue targets, acquiring new clients, and growing TBG management revenues. You will also be responsible for servicing CMS & Capital Markets related requirements of clients, improving processes, and developing new product ideas to increase cross-sell opportunities and maintain high service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a steady flow of Cash management & Capital Market business to meet revenue and CASA targets
- Achieve targets for new client acquisitions
- Maintain high levels of client servicing, utilization levels, and CASA throughput
- Develop and implement processes for specific Cash Management & Digital Banking transactions
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to promote the bank's CMS & Capital Markets services
- Provide training to relationship teams to promote CMS products
- Have a deep understanding of Traditional CMS products and Digital CMS products, including API Banking

Portfolio Hygiene:
- Update deals and log meeting status in a timely manner
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to manage regulatory items
- Attend training sessions for self-development and contribute to Social Media Presence & Stakeholder management

Risk and Internal Control:
- Coordinate on risk management aspects and adhere to policies and frameworks defined by the bank
- Be cautious before executing deals to ensure adherence to risk and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field required
- Masters degree preferred

Experience:
- 2 - 7 years of relevant experience in Cash Management Sales or Product/Program Management
- Experience in Corporate Banking / Servicing environment with moderate product knowledge and market understanding of Cash Management Products
