About the Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting Qodenext’s technology solutions in the Visakhapatnam and surrounding markets. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and capable of selling value-driven enterprise solutions.

Job Location : Aurangabad, Vizag & Bhubaneshwar

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads across manufacturing, logistics, pharma, retail, and warehouse-driven sectors.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, solution demos, and product discussions.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate Qodenext solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Solution Selling
  • Collaborate with presales/technical teams to design and propose customized solutions.
  • Develop and deliver value-based proposals and quotes.
  • Handle commercial negotiations and close deals.
  • Market Expansion & Intelligence
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Visakhapatnam/AP region.
  • Identify new industry segments and geographic opportunities.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Provide weekly sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth project execution.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (Technology/IT/Automation preferred).

  • Required Skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technology solutions.
  • Relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Good negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with supply chain or industrial automation is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of market trends in the supply chain sector.
