Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and research-driven Financial Research Analyst to evaluate and rate financial products offered by UK-based banks, insurance providers, and financial institutions.

This role plays a crucial part in helping customers make informed financial decisions by analyzing product features, terms & conditions, and market positioning.

This is a fully remote, research-intensive role suited for candidates who enjoy deep analysis, structured evaluation, and independent investigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on financial products including banking, insurance, and lending services offered in the UK market.
• Perform mystery shopping and analyze product documentation, terms & conditions, and disclosures.
• Rate financial products based on predefined parameters and internal evaluation frameworks.
• Maintain and update rating data in Google Sheets / Excel models.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency within the Insight Portal and internal databases.
• Monitor UK financial market trends and competitor offerings.
• Support development and improvement of rating methodologies.
• Conduct secondary research to assist strategic decision-making initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, BBS, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and research mindset
• Excellent English communication skills (Reading & Writing mandatory)
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong internet research skills (Google search techniques, data extraction, validation)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Research roles
• Experience in product evaluation, competitor analysis, or financial content analysis

Compensation & Work Structure:

• Salary: Up to ₹45,000 CTC (Based on interview performance)
• 5 Days Working
• Fully Remote (Work From Home)
