As a Marketing Manager at Tekgeminus, your role will involve shaping the brand voice, driving demand, and building marketing funnels. You will work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to scale growth in a fast-moving tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the Tekgeminus brand across digital platforms.
- Plan and execute content strategies for website, social media, email, and product marketing.
- Manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
- Build and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation and conversions.
- Support product launches with clear positioning and messaging.
- Set up and manage email marketing and automation workflows.
- Own marketing dashboards, analyze campaign performance, and share insights with leadership.
- Work closely with product, tech, and sales teams.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, or vendors if required.

Qualifications Required:
- Up to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or product-based company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Webflow, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
