As a Marketing Manager in the Rheumatology/Ortho segment, your role will involve coordinating all marketing activities for the assigned portfolio. You will work alongside a team of Product Managers and Sales force to analyze market opportunities and expand business ventures. Your responsibilities will include representing Ipca in the marketplace through conference participations and doctor activities, as well as managing customer relations and coordinating events for the internal field force. Additionally, you will be responsible for formulating strategies and ensuring their timely implementation.

Qualifications Required:
- 8 to 9 years of experience (Essential), 9 to 12 years of experience (Desirable)
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Marketing Manager
- Preferred specialty in Rheumatology/Ortho
