Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Titan. As a Product Manager for our Web Admin & Analytics division, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our online platforms and analytics tools. This role will be based in our Marketing department, specifically for our Tanishq brand, and will be located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for our online platforms, including website, mobile app, and social media channels

- Manage the day-to-day operations of our web admin and analytics team

- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the website and app are aligned with overall marketing and business objectives

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web admin and analytics to continuously improve our online presence

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for web development and analytics tools

- Develop and maintain a budget for web admin and analytics activities

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

- Identify and implement new features and functionalities to enhance user experience and drive business growth

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web admin and analytics, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry

- Strong understanding of web development and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and A/B testing platforms

- Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally with various departments

- Excellent project management and organizational skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for the jewellery industry and the Tanishq brand

Additional Parameters:

- This is a full-time, regular/ permanent position

- The role will be based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

- Some travel may be required for vendor meetings and industry events

  • Qualifications & Experience
  • 2–5 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer internet platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX, Brand & search systems, SEO, analytics, and personalization frameworks.
  • Experience owning large-scale front-end journeys with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in GA4 or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, marketing, operations, and external partners.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to manage P&L-linked initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
