As a Product Manager - Supply Chain, you will be responsible for driving technology-led improvements across the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem. Your main focus will be on building and optimizing products that facilitate efficient order fulfillment, inventory visibility, warehouse operations, and logistics orchestration across various channels including D2C, marketplaces, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap for supply chain systems such as OMS, WMS, and logistics integrations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop tech-enabled solutions to enhance fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to translate operational challenges into scalable product features.
- Define product requirements, PRDs, and user stories for supply chain tools and platforms.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and system integrations.
- Drive initiatives related to inventory planning, demand forecasting, dispatch optimization, and last-mile delivery tracking.
- Monitor product performance using data dashboards and operational KPIs like order SLA, inventory turnover, fill rate, and logistics costs.
- Integrate and optimize third-party logistics partners, warehouse systems, and marketplace supply chain flows.
- Continuously improve internal systems to support scalability as the business expands across different channels and geographies.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain Tech, or Operations Product roles.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Proficiency in working with OMS, WMS, ERP systems, or logistics platforms.
- Ability to effectively translate operational problems into product solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams involving engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
