Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Product Management Trainer to drive brand strategy, product training, and market execution across our medical devices portfolio. The role requires a strong understanding of hospital ecosystems, product positioning, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Brand & Product Management
  • Develop and execute brand strategies for existing and newly launched products
  • Align product positioning with market needs and business objectives
  • Understand and streamline hospital workflows across departments for effective product adoption
  • 2. Product Training & Knowledge Enablement
  • Deliver structured product training programs for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure strong understanding of product usage, benefits, and competitive positioning
  • 3. Promotional & Marketing Effectiveness
  • Manage and optimize promotional tools and campaigns to enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent brand messaging
  • 4. Market Research & Insights
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights gathering
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for business growth
  • 5. Marketing Collateral Development
  • Create impactful marketing materials (including LBLs, brochures, and product aids)
  • Ensure all collaterals align with regulatory and brand standards
  • 6. Product Launch & Execution
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Conduct market surveys and pilot studies to ensure successful product introduction
  • 7. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Strengthen engagement with healthcare professionals through initiatives like e-connect
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals and institutions

  • Eligibility Criteria
  • Education: MBA / B.Sc (Any) / B.Pharma
  • Experience: Preferred from medical devices / healthcare industry
  • Location: Delhi-based candidates only

  • Key Competencies
  • Strong understanding of medical devices / critical care segment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong customer engagement & stakeholder management skills
  • Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
