As a strategic, data-driven, and customer-focused Product Manager, Marketing Technology at Red Hat, your role will involve leading the evolution and optimization of the MarTech ecosystem. This includes aligning marketing technologies with business objectives, improving marketing efficiency, and promoting data-informed decision-making across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging stakeholders to gather business requirements and transform them into clear product plans and roadmaps.
- Evaluating and selecting appropriate MarTech solutions and managing vendor relationships.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing technology efforts.
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
- Staying current with the latest MarTech trends, tools, and best practices to provide recommendations for potential innovations.
- Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to marketing and business stakeholders on technology-related decisions.
- Collaborating effectively with product owners, delivery teams, engineering, and data teams for implementation and performance of marketing technology systems.
- Working with data architects and engineers on integration projects.

To excel in this role, you should have demonstrable experience in product management, marketing technology, or a related field. A strong understanding of marketing operations, digital marketing principles, and the contemporary MarTech stack is required. Technical aptitude for collaboration with engineers and data scientists, as well as the ability to manage complex projects involving diverse stakeholder groups, is crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with cross-functional teams, are essential. Familiarity with customer data privacy regulations and compliance best practices is also expected.
