As a Product Manager Digital Lending (Consumer Loans) within the Retail Banking function at the company, your primary responsibility will be to drive value propositions and strategic growth for the banks digital lending business. This involves expanding product offerings, channels, customer segments, and enhancing customer experience through cost-efficient and technology-driven solutions. You will be managing teams, systems, and processes to ensure scalable and consistent delivery. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Heads, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU is essential to deliver seamless banking experiences and position IDFC FIRST Bank as the primary financial partner for customers.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**

  • - Develop and implement compelling value propositions for the Digital Lending (Consumer Loans) business.
    - Manage the product lifecycle, including customer segmentation and needs assessment.
    - Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer acquisition through digital channels.
    - Monitor portfolio performance and quality; provide actionable insights and recommendations to Product and Sales teams.
    - Support the Product team in creating differentiated offerings to drive business growth.
    - Work with the Business Analytics team to identify cross-sell opportunities.
    - Ensure adherence to bank guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • *Secondary Responsibilities:**

  • - Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality.
    - Suggest policy and process enhancements across Retail Banking to drive operational excellence and superior customer service.
    - Foster collaboration across internal teams to leverage synergies and improve delivery.
  • *Qualifications Required:**

  • - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
    - MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred.
