- Position - Product Manager (B2B SaaS in Retail-Tech, ERP, POS)

- Overall/Total Experience: 2-7 years only

- Location: Gurugram

- Notice Period Requirement: 30 Days (Maximum)

Role & Responsibilities:

- You will own measurable business metrics such as: Product led growth mapped to business and revenue enablers, Adoption and activation metrics, Retention, NPS, and customer expansion, Cross / upsell enablement via Product Strategy

- Build deep understanding of India and Global retail tech landscape

- Identify whitespace and defensible product moats

- Translate macro trends (AI, omnichannel, automation) into product advantage

- Shape 12 to 18 month strategic product direction aligned to market growth KPIs

- Lead structured discovery with customers

- Convert insights into scalable, repeatable product bets

- Protect long-term product integrity over short-term customizations

- Translate strategy into crisp PRDs and solution briefs. We need PMs who will deliver prototypes not just PRDs

- Drive prioritization frameworks grounded in ROI and impact

- Exceptional product sense knowing when to prioritize speed and when to invest in foundational work

- Builder mindset with obsession for speed and constraint free thinking.

- Identify opportunities to embed AI native solutions into product workflows

- Move beyond dashboards into automation & copilots that could add delight to customers

- Be obsessed to test and adopt all contemporary AI tools and technologies

- Define success metrics and monitor product performance post launch

- Use data and analytics to make informed prioritization and continuous improvement.

- Equip sales, support and marketing so they can prepare their work and effectively communicate and win with customers

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong Product Manager with relevant industry (ERP/POS/B2B SaaS in RetailTech) experience OR Top College MBA graduate with 2 years experience in product company

- Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS in Retail Tech Industry OR POS OR Supply-chain/Logistic-Tech OR Commerce / Omnichannel platforms.

- Must have proven track record of driving measurable business impact, such as improvements in product adoption, revenue, retention, activation, or customer experience, rather than only delivering features.

- Must demonstrate end-to-end product ownership, including product discovery, PRD creation, prioritization, launch, and post-launch performance tracking

- Candidate should have worked minimum 1.5 years in each company

- Must be from Ecommerce / POS/ Retail Tech SaaS Companies
