Position Description:

Infinite Electronics Inc., a global supplier of electronics components and subassemblies, is seeking to fill a Product Coordinator position. The Product Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the processing of product data into numerous company systems leading to new product web launches. Additional prominent tasks include the utilization of various systems and tools, to ensure the integrity of the data content during the launch of new products process. The Product Coordinator responsibilities are focused on supporting the launching of new products into our ecosystem. Infinite Electronics' brands include Pasternack, Fairview Microwave, L-com, Miles Tek, Aiconics, Polyphaser, Transtector, Integra Optics, Show Me Cables, NavePoint, INC Installs, Bulgin and TKD.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Workflow & Process Execution: Learn and apply the New Product Execution (NPE) workflow, including the tools and systems used to support product launches and launch-specific activities.
- Technical Data Management: Interpret supplier specifications and accurately capture, validate, and maintain technical product data.
- Product Knowledge: Provide technical product expertise and training to cross-functional departments participating in New Product Execution activities and be the focal point for all technical inquiries related to Fiber Optic product lines.
- Technical Documentation: Develop technical collateral in close collaboration with engineering and marketing.
- Systems & Database Management: Maintain accurate product information within technical product databases and internal systems.
- Quality & Accuracy: Proofread product data, technical documentation, and website content to ensure a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Digital Asset Management: Ensure all digital assets are accurate, current, and properly organized within designated systems and repositories.
- Time & Priority Management: Effectively prioritize work to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual launch objectives of the Product Management Department.
- Process Compliance: Follow documented processes, flowcharts, and verbal instructions, using company tools to track assignments and progress.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams supporting New Product Execution to successfully prepare new products for market launch.
- Agility & Adaptability: Operate effectively in an Agile environment, adjusting quickly to shifting priorities and timelines.
