Role & responsibilities:-

Closing deals, pitching paid memberships, and offering top-tier service to our global and late-night members.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives after dark, is full of energy, and loves chasing targets when others are chasing dreams.
Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products or services that meet customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support) to resolve complex customer issues.
Escalation handling experience is also required.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in BPO customer service, voice processing, outbound calling, or related fields.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English language; strong written communication skills are also required (a must for international or NRI calls)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; high level of organization skills necessary.

High energy, quick thinking, and target-focused HSC or Graduate degree

Strong attention to detail + excellent organizational skills

Self-motivated and committed to exceeding customer expectations

Male candidate are mandatory for Night Shift (11:30 p.m-8 a.m- 2 Rotational Offs)

Both Male & Female can apply for day shift(7:30 am-4:30 pm- 2 Rotational Offs)

Salary:- 25K-35K in-hand + Unlimited Incentives, max can go up to 45K in hand
Night Allowance: 100/day
