As a Process Trainer at Paperchase Accountancy, your role will involve conducting training sessions for new hires on accounting processes, tools, and systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that trainees fully understand end-to-end accounting workflows, including AP, AR reconciliations, bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering refresher and upskilling training programs for existing employees
- Developing training materials, SOPs, process documents, assessments, and knowledge aids
- Collaborating with operations leaders and quality teams to identify performance gaps
- Monitoring trainee performance and providing structured feedback and coaching support
- Maintaining accurate records, dashboards, and evaluation reports
- Ensuring all training content aligns with company standards and client requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and have 1-6 years of experience as a trainer or process trainer, preferably in an accounting or finance environment. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and effectively train diverse groups. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. Adapting your training styles to suit different learner groups and exposure to US/UK practices will be advantageous.
