Process Discovery Architect / Process Excellence Specialist – 5 - 15 Years

Location – Pune/Hyderabad/Gurgaon

The role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes, assessing automation opportunities, and enabling data-driven process improvements across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process discovery through stakeholder interviews, shadowing sessions, and data analysis


• Document current-state processes using standardized methodologies such as BPMN, SIPOC, and value stream mapping


• Analyze operational data to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities


• Evaluate processes for automation suitability in collaboration with Automation CoEs and technical teams


• Support implementation and governance of process discovery and process mining tools


• Prepare detailed insights, reports, and recommendations to support process optimization and decision-making


• Collaborate with Process Owners, Transformation Leads, and Architects to validate process baselines and KPIs

Requirements


• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification – Mandatory


• 5+ years of experience in process discovery, business process analysis, or continuous improvement roles


• Strong knowledge of process mapping standards (BPMN 2.0) and workflow documentation


• Hands-on experience with process discovery / process mining tools such as Celonis, ARIS, Signavio, or similar platforms


• Proficiency with tools like Excel, Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or other process mapping applications


• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders


• Ability to identify automation opportunities and process optimization initiatives

Working Hours

Willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to support global stakeholders.
