The Game Plan: We are creating a premium "Skeleton Site" package. Think of this as a master blueprint website that we will resell to businesses needing a scalable, high-converting digital presence. We need you to build the foundational architecture, page templates, and integration pipelines so we can easily clone and customize this setup for future clients. If we work well together on this master skeleton, you will be our go-to partner for ongoing, consistent work customizing these clones for our individual clients. What We Need to Build Together: 1. Architecture & Design High-Converting Homepage: Built with UI/UX best practices, clear calls-to-action (CTAs), lightning-fast load times, and perfect mobile responsiveness. Contact Page & Forms: Seamless form setup with advanced lead routing. Dynamic Page Templates: Built using Elementor Theme Builder (and ideally custom fields) for super easy duplication. We need three master templates: Service Page Template: Optimized for explaining individual offerings. Landing Page Template: Distraction-free, built specifically for paid ad traffic conversions. Geo/Location Page Template: A scalable structure for local SEO targeting. 2. Integrations & Automations CRM & Lead Routing: Connect website forms directly to HubSpot (or similar CRMs). Call Tracking: Integrate CallRail seamlessly across the site. Email Marketing: Set up automations to pass lead data to our email marketing software. 3. The Tracking Stack Google Ecosystem: Install and properly configure Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Site Kit. Behavioral Tracking: Install Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings. Advertising Pixels: Install standard Meta/Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant tracking pixels via GTM to ensure accurate event firing (form submissions, button clicks). 4. SEO Foundation Rank Math SEO Pro: Full configuration of the plugin, including schema markup foundations, XML sitemaps, and optimized default settings. Who We're Looking For: You have a proven portfolio of high-converting, fast-loading Elementor Pro websites. You have a deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and technical SEO. You are a GTM whiz—you know how to set up custom event tracking and verify tags are actually firing. You have great communication skills and love suggesting better workflows or best practices if you see a smarter way to do things. Bonus points if you have experience building white-label or template sites for agencies! Pricing & Project Structure: We prefer to keep things simple and predictable, so we are strictly doing Flat Rate / Fixed-Price milestones (no hourly contracts). Phase 1: The Master Blueprint You will build the core skeleton site from scratch, create the 3 dynamic templates, and fully configure all SEO, tracking, and CRM integrations. We will collaborate closely on the design. Phase 2: Ongoing Client Clones Once the master blueprint is approved, you’ll be our go-to dev for every new client we sign. You will clone the master site to a new domain, integrate the specific client's CRM/tracking codes, apply their branding, and customize the layouts so the site feels unique.
