Role Purpose

To provide safe, discreet, punctual, and professional driving support to the CEO of a pharmaceutical company, operating luxury and high‑end vehicles, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, discipline, and vehicle care.

Key Responsibilities

A. Executive Driving (Primary Responsibility)

• Drive the CEO for office travel, meetings, plant visits, airport transfers, and official engagements
• Ensure safe, smooth, and punctual driving at all times
• Plan routes in advance considering traffic, security, and time sensitivity
• Be flexible with extended hours, early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as required

B. Luxury Vehicle Handling & Maintenance

• Drive and maintain premium vehicles such as:
• Mercedes‑Benz E‑Class
• BMW (sedans / SUVs)
• Land Rover Defender
• Ensure vehicle is:
• Clean (interior & exterior) at all times
• Fueled, serviced, and inspection‑ready
• Monitor and manage:
• Insurance, PUC, RC validity
• Service schedules and authorised service centre coordination
• Maintain vehicle logbooks accurately

C. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct (Critical)

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
• CEO’s travel, meetings, conversations, and personal movements
• Display professional behaviour, etiquette, and appearance
• Do not discuss office or personal matters with outsiders under any circumstances
• Follow company code of conduct and executive protocol

D. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with Admin / HR / Security teams for schedules and logistics
• Assist with urgent document or parcel movement when required
• Support during official events, audits, or regulatory visits as needed

Eligibility & Experience

• Valid LMV Driving Licence (mandatory)
• Minimum 10 – 12 years of driving experience
• Prior experience driving senior management / CEO / directors is mandatory
• Hands‑on experience with luxury or high‑end vehicles preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Mumbai city routes, highways, and airport routes
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Police verification mandatory

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
