We are looking for a senior engineering leader to drive the architecture and delivery of a large-scale AI-powered platform built on modern cloud-native technologies. This role combines hands-on architecture, distributed systems expertise, and engineering leadership.

Work location : Gurgaon (hybrid, 3 days work from office)

Education: BE (Computer Science) equivalent with experience ranging from 12 -14 years

Key Technical Requirements

• Strong experience designing microservices-based architectures and cloud-native platforms
• Deep expertise in Java and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, REST APIs)
• Experience building distributed systems and high-throughput data platforms
• Hands-on with event-driven architectures and messaging frameworks (Kafka / ActiveMQ / RabbitMQ)
• Cloud and containerization experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms, data processing pipelines, or intelligent automation solutions
• Strong focus on system performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments

Leadership Expectations

• Experience leading engineering teams (8–20+ engineers) in Agile delivery environments
• Ability to own platform architecture and technical roadmaps
• Comfortable working closely with product leaders and business stakeholders
• Proven experience delivering large enterprise technology platforms
