Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for the Owner of Motion Anthem. As the Owner, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including managing creative projects, supervising teams, maintaining client relationships, overseeing financial performance, and expanding the portfolio of services. Your responsibilities will include setting strategic direction, cultivating business partnerships, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.

• Leadership and Management Skills: Proven experience in leading teams, managing business operations, and setting strategic goals.
• Creative Expertise: Knowledge of video editing, motion design, visual effects, and sound design to guide creative projects effectively.
• Business Development and Client Relations: Ability to establish partnerships, grow the client base, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard post-production tools, video editing software, and digital media platforms.
• Budget and Resource Management: Experience in financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
• Strategic Thinking: The ability to anticipate industry trends and incorporate innovative services into the company’s offerings.
• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in post-production or creative leadership roles is highly valued.
